Be Forward Wanderers striker Peter Wadabwa steps up his recovery from a groin injury, as he started a light training on Tuesday.

Wadabwa got injured while in Flames camp ahead of Madagascar game.

In a brief interview with Be Forward Wanderers website, Wadabwa said, “I have recovered but l cannot rush to train with the rest of the team. This week l will concentrate training on my own, but come next week l will join my friends.”

Wadabwa’s return is a huge boost for the nomads as they set to start their 2017/2018 TNM Super League campaign this Saturday against Kamuzu Baracks at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe.

Other players who are on the injury list are Amos Bello and Ishmael Thindwa.
