BE Forward Wanderers FC have received a major boost with the news that Amos Bello will be back at the of this month to strengthen their squad.
Team Manager Steve Madeira revealed to club’s official website on Tuesday that Bello, who has missed the five opening games of the TNM Super League this season, is still out but is expected to start light training end July.
“He is still out until 27 July. Then he will start lighting training,” he revealed in an exclusive interview.
When asked on how much BE Forward miss him, Madeira said:
“We do miss him because when he is around he brings competition amongst the strikers. When there is competition it means good perfomance because everybody works hard to impress the coach and to be in the starting team.”
Bello picked a ligament collateral injury during a 1-0 game victory against Nyasa Big Bullets in March in the Wafa-Wafa Big 4 Football Bonanza in Lilongwe.
